KBP Count

“This KBP unofficial election tally is based on election returns received by the KBP at the Pius Center Server in Manila set up by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) to receive election returns transmitted by the Precinct Count Optical Scan (PCOS) machines.”





PPCRV Count

“The PPCRV-KBP 2010 Count is based on the printed election returns generated by the Precinct Count Optical Scan (PCOS) machines before the returns are transmitted to the city/municipal Board of Election Inspectors, the COMELEC server, and the KBP/PPCRV server.”
