KBP Requires Members to Submit Blocktimers’ Undertaking to Observe Code of Conduct

The KBP is requiring all members that are airing blocktime programs to furnish the KBP a copy of the undertaking signed by their blocktimers indicating that they will abide by the KBP Broadcast Code. Philippine TV to Provide Closed Captioning

Television stations in the Philippines are expected to start providing closed captioning in their programs  starting 2017.   Closed captioning is a method of putting subtitles in television programs primarily for the  deaf and hearing impaired.
