The Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP) and Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) signed a Memorandum of Agreement last September 10 in Makati for the PPCRV-KBP 2025 Count. 

Both parties committed to working together towards clean, honest, and accurate elections in May 2025.

Under the agreement, the KBP and PPCRV will cooperate to receive and analyze the electronic transmissions of votes from the Automated Counting Machines (ACMs), and conduct a nationwide unofficial parallel count of the votes for the national and local positions based on the fourth printed copy of the Election Returns (ERs) generated by the ACM in the clustered polling precincts. 

During the event, PPCRV launched a book series titled "Tibok Pinoy," which consists of six (6) books promoting important Filipino traits and character building such as makabayan, matulungin, matapat, mapanuri, and others.
